Full job description

Overview Company is looking for competitive individuals who want to build a high-income career in sales as a Life Insurance Agent. This role focuses on helping clients-secure life insurance coverage while giving you the opportunity to earn commission. What You'll Do 1. Meet with clients (in-home and/or virtual) to present life insurance options 2. Close sales using a consultative approach 3. Work company-provided leads-and cold calling for additional leads 4. Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline 5. Hit weekly sales targets and performance goals What We're Looking For 1. Strong communication and persuasion skills 2. Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset 3. Coachable with a willingness to learn 4. Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required) 5. Must obtain Life Insurance License (training provided)
