Senior Mortgage Loan Underwriter

Apply Description Position Summary: The Senior Mortgage Loan Underwriter is responsible for performing initial underwriting analysis of 1-4 family mortgage and HELOCs to M2 standards and regulatory guidelines. This role serves as a senior member of the loan underwriting team and will assist with mentoring and training other loan underwriters (CD added to match processors). Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Necessary competencies: Physical Environment: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, walk, stand, sit, bend, reach with hands and arms, climb, push/pull, use hands, and see, hear and speak. - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. - The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. - This position is performed in a remote setting, five days a week with typical work hours being 8.30a through 5.15p. - This position may be eligible for hybrid work.
