Security Operations Analyst

Job Description

Job Description A customer of Insight Global is looking to onboard a 3rd shift security analyst to help support restaurant locations during security and safety incidents. This person will review incoming incident reports, assess what is happening, and use established protocols and good judgment to determine the best course of action. Typical incidents consist of armed robberies, assault, battery, or threats of violence. Ultimately, their job is to keep employees and customers safe and help the store get back to normal operations as quickly and safely as possible.

Day to Day

• Monitor security alarms
• Review incident tickets
• Assess alarm footage
• Review alarm history
• Determine threat level
• Escalate to law enforcement
• Follow security protocols
• Support store teams
• Restore normal operations

Skills and Requirements

Must haves

• worked a 3rd shift position before

• Security experience (guard, desk work etc)

• CC TV or video and security software exposure

• Written communication skills - report writing experience Pluses

• Dispatch operator prior

• Genetec system (alarm monitoring platform)

• Envysion (video recording platform)
