::: {#copilot-message-r32j dir="auto"} ::: {dir="auto"} **POSITION:**Smoke Shop Supervisor **SCHEDULE:**Must work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed. Will have to work on call when the manager needs assistance. **LOCATION:**Elko Smoke Shop SALARY:$18.00 per hour TO APPLY: Employment applications may be obtained from the Elko Band Council Administration Office located at 1745 Silver Eagle Drive, Elko, NV 89801, or by calling (775) 738-8889. SUMMARY: The Supervisor will be under the direct supervision of the Smoke Shop Manager as an assistant. The Supervisor will ensure business is conducted efficiently and professionally on a daily basis. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be over the age of 18. Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Have a minimum of 2 years + experience in management. Have a minimum of one years experience in operating an electric cash register and 10-key adding machine. Have basic knowledge of math, grammar, and money handling. Great customer services skills, neat well-groomed appearance, and is dependable and punctual is a must. Must work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed. Experience in inventory is preferred. This position is subject to random drug testing and background investigation because of access to sensitive personal data. All new employees are required to pass a pre-employment drugalcohol test. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Will assist the Smoke Shop Manager in the operation of the overall business during designated shift. Operate the electronic cash register system for designated shift. Prepare the close out reports. Assist with daily deposits when needed. Supervise the clerks on designated shift to ensure shelves, coolers, cigarettes, bathrooms, and all janitorial duties are being stocked and performed on a daily basis. Be responsible for properly documenting incidents and reporting it to the Elko Band Council and manager as accurately and promptly as possible. Communicate with vendors to prepare special requests for merchandise and tobacco products. Be available for all inventories when scheduled. Will have to work on call when the manager needs assistance.
