  • Creates and maintains accurate, organized, and complete project files to ensure compliance with internal, local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinates all construction activities with contractors, design consultants, and other professionals, including review of existing conditions, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Provides coordination and evaluation of subcontractors' work on multiple jobs.
  • Conducts meetings between the owner, architect, and contractor, and shares essential information with clinical and operations staff.
  • Reads, interprets, and provides informed critique of drawings and specifications. Coordinates receiving and storage of project supplies and equipment.
  • Oversees contractor work regarding utility interruptions, traffic control, safety, and infection prevention.
  • Manages transmittal, documentation, and retention of plans, contracts, construction change directives, and other related communications.
  • Manages project closeout and commissioning, including OEM, staff training, as-built drawings, warranty escrow, and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Supervises staff responsible for the maintenance of rented and leased properties.
  • Inspects suites to verify appropriate maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction practices. [Required]
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and evaluate the work of contractors. [Required]
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications. [Required]
  • Ability to lead diverse teams through challenging, dynamic opportunities and achieve excellent results. [Required]
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with focus on technical aspects. [Required]
  • Ability to functionally use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. [Required]

Education:

  • Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

  • N/A

Work Experience:

  • 3+ experienced in Microsoft project or similar software. [Preferred]
  • 4+ years in construction project management experience [Preferred]
  • 4+ years in healthcare construction project management experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
