Summary

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Program Operations and Local Engagement (OPOLE), Program for All-Inclusive Care for Elderly Operations Group (POG), Division of PACE Plan Management (DPPM). As a SUPV HEALTH INSURANCE SPEC, GS-0107-14, you will serve as an Division Director for the Program for the All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Duties

• Coordinates with federal, state agencies activities to plan technical assistance and oversight of PACE Organizations
• Provides technical guidance and interprets CMS policies and regulations.
• Monitors PACE plan performance, compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
• Directs PACE program operations and plan oversight.
• Supervises staff, sets priorities, evaluates performance, and develops employees.

Leading teams to establish work priorities, operational guidance, and assignments to achieve program goals. 3. Making decisions and recommendations to improve existing agency-wide PACE operations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
