Injection Mold Technician Needed 3rd shift Paying up to $29/hr!

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Injection Mold Technicians to join our team on 3rd shifts. The role involves setting up injection mold equipment, changing out molds, and processing operations. You will work with molds ranging from 350 to 650 tons and manage 10-15 different mold machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection mold equipment and change molds.

• Process operations for mold machines.

• Manage 10-15 different mold machines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and processes.

Essential Skills

• Injection Molding

• Troubleshooting

• Machine process technician

• Set-ups and changeovers

• Electrical maintenance technician

• Experience with torque wrenches, screws, and general tools

• At least 3 years of machine set-up experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with injection mold equipment

• Knowledge of schematics

• Experience in automated manufacturing processes

Work Environment

Work in a tier 1 automotive supplier facility specializing in actuators and fans. Experience automated processes in a clean manufacturing environment, although not climate controlled. Shift open is 3rd Shift (10pm-6:30am).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
