Position Details Our Mental Health Workers provide direct care and support for consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses, and ensure the safety and welfare of all adult residents in a 15-bedCommunity Residential Rehab (CRR) facility setting. Key Responsibilities 1. Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents. 2. Participate in the treatment planning process. 3. Schedule and follow-up on appointments. 4.
