INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS: As a Foremost intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on strategic, real-world projects that may include: Analyzing HR Data: Collect and organize HR data and reports. Help identify trends and insights related to hiring, retention, engagement, and employee development. Support talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities. Sharing HR Insights Create dashboards, charts, presentations, and summaries. Help communicate HR data and key findings to team members and leaders. Support reporting on the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
