CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for an IT Analyst II.

Type: Contract

Job Title: IT Analyst II

Location: Charlotte, NC

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Description

Seeking an experienced IT professional to provide high-touch technical support to executive-level and administrative staff. This fully onsite position requires advanced troubleshooting, exceptional customer service, and the ability to quickly resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-touch IT support to executives and administrative staff, including C-suite leadership.

  • Troubleshoot, research, isolate, and resolve complex hardware, software, desktop, mobile device, and connectivity issues.

  • Support Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and other enterprise applications.

  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other approved computing equipment.

  • Support iPhone and Android devices, including data transfers and Microsoft Intune configurations.

  • Provide remote support and assist with home wireless networks and internet connectivity as needed.

  • Create and maintain Incident, Task, Request, and Problem records; identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately.

  • Serve as a technical liaison between IT teams and business units and recommend process improvements.

  • Prioritize work according to established service levels and meet IT support metrics.

  • Participate in an after-hours/on-call rotation, including potential 24x7 support for select executives.

  • Travel domestically as needed; occasional international travel may be required.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop, infrastructure, or end-user IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Windows, Mac, mobile devices, applications, and connectivity.

  • Strong experience supporting iPhone, Android, Microsoft Intune, device configuration, and data transfers.

  • Executive/C-suite support experience strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, respond quickly to customer needs, and manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong business ethics.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to supporting new, non-standard, and changing technologies.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support.

  • This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
