The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and projects simultaneously. If you have a background in contract administration, legal documentation, or compliance and enjoy working across teams to help keep complex processes organized and moving forward, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Support the preparation, review, and revision of various contracts (i.e., vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, etc)

Maintain tracking tools to monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations
Communicate contract status, deadlines, and outstanding requirements to appropriate stakeholders
Monitor upcoming deadlines and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documentation for contracts and related activities
Provide guidance to employees on established contract processes and procedures
Review contracts for potential risks, issues, or inconsistencies and escalate concerns to management or legal counsel as appropriate
Stay informed of changes to company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations that may impact the role
The Experience We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, legal support, procurement, compliance, or a related field
Working knowledge of contract terms, contract administration practices, and compliance requirements
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and escalate them appropriately
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills when managing multiple contracts, documents, and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or document management systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Proven time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 15% across the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Contract Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Paralegal certification may be accepted as an alternative
Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests
