Compensation may be earned at up to $0.33 per handle minute, with a 45-minute minimum guarantee as described by Working Solutions. Hours of Work: Flexible / contractor-selected schedule Available operating hours: Monday--Friday: 8:00 AM--8:00 PM Contractors choose their own hours within available program scheduling opportunities. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on call volume, scheduling availability, and program needs. ### Position Summary Working Solutions is seeking experienced QuickBooks users to provide remote customer support for QuickBooks Online Advanced, Payroll, and Payments. Contractors assist customers by answering questions, troubleshooting technical and account issues, explaining software features, and helping users navigate QuickBooks products. This opportunity requires strong customer-service skills, technical comfort, and at least two years of QuickBooks experience. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Assist customers with QuickBooks Online Advanced. - Provide support for QuickBooks Payroll and Payments. - Answer questions regarding software features and functionality. - Help customers navigate QuickBooks products. - Troubleshoot software and account-related issues. - Assist with customer account management. - Resolve payment-related questions. - Provide payroll support. - Explain appropriate QuickBooks products and services. - Cross-sell relevant products when appropriate. - Deliver professional phone-based customer service. - Document and resolve customer concerns accurately. - Maintain a friendly and professional communication style. ### Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience. - Proficiency using QuickBooks software. - Strong telephone-based customer-service skills. - Comfortable troubleshooting software issues. - Strong computer and technology skills. - Professional verbal communication. - Comfortable recommending or cross-selling appropriate products. - Ability to work independently from a home office. - Ability to successfully complete required assessments and background screening. ### Home Office and Technology Requirements Contractors must provide their own approved equipment and workspace, including: Quiet and uninterrupted home workspace.
