Maintenance AideGallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing

Gallatin, TN | Full-Time

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Aide to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a facility safe, clean, and well maintained.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

  • Help with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.

  • Perform routine inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

  • Assist with preventive maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment.

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

  • Help maintain common areas, resident rooms, and facility grounds.

  • Assist the Maintenance Director with daily projects and repairs.

  • Help ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous maintenance, handyman, or general repair experience preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance.

  • Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

  • Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and supplies as needed.

  • Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
