Position Details

• Location: Beatrice, NE (68310)

• Hours: Monday through Friday 8a - 4p

• School-Day Shift: 8a - 11:30a

• Client Specifics: 3-year old with a g-tube

• • HCN would attend school with client

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings

• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team

• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies

• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education

• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Pay Range

Starting pay is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
