Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to oversee and administer employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will handle benefits administration with a focus on compliance, confidentiality, and accuracy. This role requires proficiency in HR policies, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools to ensure seamless benefits processing and support for employees. The Benefits Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of benefits data while providing excellent service to our workforce.

Duties

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations governing employee benefits.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.

  • Utilize payroll systems to process benefits-related transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed records of benefits administration activities using Microsoft Office applications.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits options, procedures, and policies.

  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefit deductions and contributions.

  • Monitor benefits program performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in benefits administration or related HR functions.

  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance standards related to employee benefits.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience working with payroll systems is preferred.
