Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of human resources generalist experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant human resources experience.

• Demonstrated success supporting multiple sites or business units in a field-based or distributed environment.

• Experience handling employee relations matters, including complaint reviews and workplace investigations.

• Working knowledge of wage and hour compliance, employment practices, and day-to-day human resources administration.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build credibility with operational leaders and employees.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience using HRIS platforms is preferred.

• Background in restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments is preferred.

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including local and multi-state travel estimated at approximately 60%.
