Priority Chevrolet Chesapeake is looking for an experienced Main Shop Service Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping customers maintain their vehicles, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs

  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines

  • Communicate repair updates, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery

  • Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction

  • Maintain strong CSI performance and help drive service department growth

What You'll Bring

  • Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume service department

  • Experience using dealership management systems and service software

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • A positive attitude and team-first mentality

Total Rewards

Potential earnings $60,000-$100,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
