The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for responding to all telephonic sales related consumer inquiries, identifying qualified prospects, providing rate quotes and enrolling eligible consumers telephonically. Responsible for upselling and/or cross-selling products, providing guidance on insurance coverage, selling policies, and conducting appropriate follow-up calls.

Education:

• High School Diploma (required)

Certification:

• Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire.

Experience:

• 1 year of prior sales experience (required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.65 - $30.78 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
