The Role at a glance:

We are seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of catering events. You’ll work closely with clients, culinary teams, and vendors to provide outstanding service. This position calls for excellent organizational skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. What you'll be doing:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of catering events from start to finish, including logistics, setup, and teardown.

• Working as a captain during events and help with our After Dark program.

• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for catering orders, event rentals, and any additional materials required.

• Work with the culinary and operations teams to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.

• Maintain a master calendar of events and deadlines, attending pre-event meetings and communicating event details to all relevant parties.

• Liaise with external vendors to arrange equipment, rentals, and other necessary services to support successful event execution.

• Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring seamless execution and promptly addressing any last-minute issues.

• Manage catering supplies, equipment, and materials to ensure sufficient inventory levels for upcoming events.

• Ensure all food and services meet company standards for quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years of experience in catering, food and beverage, events or related field.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Safe Food Handler’s Certification

Compensation Range

$25-$27 an hour.
