Position Summary

Join a quality-focused operations team responsible for helping ensure institutional client transactions are processed accurately and completely. You will review manually completed requests, assess documentation for completeness, and verify that information has been entered correctly across operational systems. Because client requests and documentation can vary, success requires attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and comfort working through situations that are not always standardized. You will also collaborate with teammates and business partners to identify processing gaps and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review manually processed client transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable requirements.

  • Determine whether client requests and supporting documentation are in good order before validating completed processing.

  • Verify that transaction information has been entered accurately into operational systems.

  • Apply sound judgment when reviewing client-specific forms, instructions, and nonstandard processing scenarios.

  • Manage assigned work through a processing or quality-review queue while maintaining strong accuracy and quality.

  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential gaps in transaction processing and documentation.

  • Communicate review findings clearly and professionally to processing partners and other team members.

  • Navigate multiple systems and adapt to evolving processes during technology and operational changes.

  • Partner with colleagues across locations and functions to resolve questions and support consistent quality.

  • Participate in smaller projects and process-improvement efforts that address operational gaps.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, ethical, accountable, and learning-oriented team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum two years related experience required. Experience in operations processing preferred.

  • High school degree or GED required. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work.

  • Experience reviewing information, documentation, transactions, cases, records, or other detailed work for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ability to analyze information and identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when procedures or documentation are not fully standardized.

  • Comfort learning and working across multiple technology systems.

  • Ability to prioritize and work through a queue or volume of assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in operations processing, transaction processing, quality assurance, quality control, operational audit, or documentation review.

  • Financial services, investment operations, banking, brokerage, retirement, or other regulated-industry experience.

  • Experience reviewing institutional or client-specific documentation.

  • Experience working with transaction, workflow, case-management, or queue-based systems.

  • Experience adapting to a new technology platform, system implementation, or process change.

  • Experience identifying operational gaps or participating in process-improvement initiatives.
