The Inside Sales Associate resolves customer account needs and fostering long-term satisfaction through dedicated service and coordination. This position is centered on selling and or nurturing existing relationships and supporting the Sales Team. Responsible for managing key accounts with the support of the Branch Manager. Responsible for handling complex inventory order management for those key accounts. Ensure alignment on customer account needs by resolving inquiries promptly and thoughtfully. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health. Provide meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel supported and heard. Foster a sense of partnership across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently. Maintain a collaborative and team-oriented approach to daily office operations. Provide backup support for the branch counter by helping with the walk-in traffic, answering customer questions, completing cylinder exchange, help organize the showroom.
