Full job description

Description We are looking for a creative social media specialist to shape and deliver engaging digital content that strengthens brand visibility across multiple locations and product lines. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on content production and knows how to tailor messaging for different social platforms. The role will focus on growing online communities, increasing audience interaction, and supporting broader marketing and sales goals through compelling, brand-aligned storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and carry out social media plans that support brand objectives and measurable audience growth across key channels.

  • Oversee daily publishing, scheduling, and platform management for outlets such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Create original photo, video, and short-form content in showrooms, office settings, and other on-site environments to reflect the brand in an authentic way.

  • Edit and refine digital assets using common creative tools to produce engaging content for social campaigns and ongoing posts.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to feature products, promotions, launches, and brand stories through coordinated social content.

  • Track performance indicators such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth, then translate findings into actionable improvements.

  • Experiment with new formats, creative approaches, and campaign messaging to strengthen results and improve content effectiveness over time.

  • Interact with online audiences and help cultivate an active community that supports brand awareness, showroom interest, and e-commerce engagement.

  • Work closely with showroom and sales teams to capture real-time content that highlights customer experiences, trends, and featured offerings. Requirements • 2 to 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content development.

  • Strong working knowledge of major social platforms and the content approaches that perform best on each.

  • Experience producing social-first visual content, including photography, videography, and short-form video editing.

  • Proficiency with creative and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to review social media analytics and use performance data to guide strategy adjustments.

  • Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

  • Interest in home design, lighting, or lifestyle-oriented branding is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
