Job Summary and Qualifications

The Staff Nurse of Endoscopy Care Units, as part of Peri-Operative/ Surgical Services is a clinically competent Registered Nurse in the area of the Endoscopy Care Unit; working within the provisions laid down by the Nevada State Board of Nursing, N.R.S. 449- and N.A.C

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Current Nevada Registered Nurse (R.N.) license

• BSN preferred

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

• Moderate Sedation, in-house certification

• SGNA or equivalent national certification

• Minimum one-year acute care hospital experience in area of specialty preferred
