A professional and cooperative demeanor is essential to collaborate with others and provide exceptional care to residents. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your Impact as a Charge Nurse - LVN or RN In this role, you will: **Direct Care Teams:**Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents. **Administer Medications:**Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed. **Implement Care Plans:**Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders. **Perform Treatments:**Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort. **Transcribe Orders:**Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders. **Document Resident Care:**Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments. Collaborate During Shift Reports:Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
