A thriving business and real estate law firm is seeking an HOA Transactional Attorney to join its team! The firm has a supportive, collaborative environment and offers a path to partnership. The firm is very flexible, and this HOA Attorney will work 100% remotely! I have placed an attorney and a paralegal with this firm, and both have been there for 3+ years!

The ideal Attorney will have:

• 2+ years of HOA experience

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• CA Bar license

This Attorney will be responsible for:

• Client interaction

• General corporate governance – reviewing and interpreting documents and providing guidance

• Drafting policies, rules, and new sets of CC& Rs

• Contract review and negotiation

• Architectural guidelines
