Personal Support Worker

SEEKING EXPERIENCED PERSONAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL Employer is seeking a dependable, attentive, experienced Direct Personal Support Professional who understands the importance of active participation and presence. This is a home care health position, located in Denton, MD 21629. This is a permanent part-time (2 -10 hrs. days a week) (plus 2 Evenings a week 6pm-10pm) on-going position with regular scheduled days. Applicant must pass a background check and would be required to maintain CPR/FA certification. Pay starts at $28.00 per hr. and will increase after training and demonstration of position skills. Employer is an easy going, adult quadriplegic lady who needs total support with functional daily living skills as well as stretching and exercise engagement. She also loves to be involved with interactive virtual classes, Advocacy groups and activities. She enjoys going for walks, bird watching, board games and especially loves working on crafts. The Ideal person needs to be experienced with home health care, committed to building a strong, long-term relationship. Must be reliable, attentive, outgoing, and able to take initiative.
