IT Support Clerk
Pasadena, CA | Payrate: $21/hour | 6-Month Assignment
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy department Support Clerk to join our team in Pasadena! If you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting a busy team, and working around technology, this could be the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience in an IT-related office environment.
What You’ll Do

Manage the supervisor’s calendar, organize meetings, and help prioritize incoming requests.

Assist with IT-related projects and daily administrative tasks as needed.

Track and follow up with current and new staff regarding required annual training.

Maintain equipment inventory and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for training records, equipment inventory, and other departmental needs.

Provide hands-on office support, including refilling printer paper trays, powering on equipment, and printing equipment labels.

Help staff with everyday requests and keep office operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working in an office environment is required .
-
Experience supporting or working alongside an IT department is a major plus!

Computer classes, technology coursework, or computer training completed in school are highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent follow-up, communication, and time-management skills.

A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.
