Join our dynamic team as an IT Project Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing multiple projects within a large healthcare organization. Your ability to maintain project momentum and ensure successful delivery will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a close coordination partner across the portfolio to keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.

• Coordinate meetings and schedules to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track action items and dependencies to maintain project timelines.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and reporting.

• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure commitments and deliverables are met.

• Ensure that no project details fall through the cracks by being proactive and detail-oriented.

Essential Skills

• Great communication and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance meeting notes, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

• Ability to take initiative and address issues promptly without awaiting direction.

• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and with various stakeholders.

Work Environment

You will be part of a PMO team within a large healthcare organization. This role is 100% remote, allowing flexibility and balance in your work schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
