CNC Milling 2nd shift

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Ready for your next opportunity? Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring CNC Milling Set Up Production Operator for all our 2nd Shift. Pay Range of $26-$30 per hour based on experience with overtime opportunities and shift differential for working 2nd shift. Key Responsibilities - Set up to operate vertical milling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines. - Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary. - Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work. - Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy. - Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications and instructions to determine proper operation sequences. - Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments. - Move completed material to next workstation. - Maintain clean and safe work environment. Education and Experience - One year certificate from college or technical school preferred. - 6 months - 1-year related experience or training. - Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions. - Mechanically inclined with strong math skills. - Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds. - Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course. Why Join Us?
