Job Duties
Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and models using SolidWorks to support engineering and manufacturing projects.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drafting assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications to organize, track, and communicate project information effectively.
Incorporate feedback and design changes by reviewing and revising drawings as needed.
Minimum Education Required
Formal education not a requirement but must have advanced SolidWorks comprehension.
Minimum Experience Required
Experience with SolidWorks for mechanical drafting and 3D modeling.
Familiarity with ERP Systems for inventory, material tracking, and work order creation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with SolidWorks CAD and Simulation; CAD certification is a plus.
Familiarity with metal fabrication processes, structural engineering, welding, and material applications.
Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, including hydraulics
