Application Analyst 3501269 * Hourly pay: $85/hr * Worksite: Leading medical institution (Los Angeles, CA 90024 - Hybrid) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment A leading medical institution seeks an Application Analyst to build, optimize, and support Epic Grand Central and Prelude applications, with a focus on Charge RTE and Prelude build across the health system. Application Analyst Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications, and design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within the assigned portfolio and service line. * Focus on Charge RTE and Prelude build to implement new requests, optimize current workflows, and provide input for integration projects across the health system. * Handle tickets, projects, go-live support, and upgrade support, and take part in an on-call rotation every 7 weeks, with after-hours support as needed. * Build in-depth knowledge of the application and operational workflows, including the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations it supports, and work with business owners, vendors, and IT team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests. Application Analyst Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst. * Epic Grand Central and Prelude certifications. * Epic RTE certification is preferred. Shift: * Remote: on-site 2 days per quarter or as needed for support (travel expenses reimbursable). * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, with after-hours support as needed and on-call every 7 weeks.
