Job Description

Work performed under close supervision with assignments that are routine in nature. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines under the direction of senior staff to support on-time project completion. Support day-to-day project coordination activities by facilitating communication among internal departments, customers, and vendors as directed. Assist in gathering and compiling data for project feasibility analyses, cost estimates, and production planning activities. Help integrate new projects into the production schedule by collecting and organizing required resource information. Compile and distribute production and project status reports for review by senior personnel. Assist in coordinating the procurement of tooling, materials, and equipment required for project execution. Support the preparation and review of project quotations, pricing confirmations, and vendor lead time documentation. Assist in maintaining customer communications regarding project updates, delivery schedules, and operational concerns under supervision. Process and route project related invoices for approval in accordance with company policies. Assist in managing inventory-related activities, including issuing, receiving, and tracking materials. Apply basic project management methodologies and scheduling tools, with guidance from senior staff, in a manufacturing and engineering environment. Salary: $82,763 per year.
