Responsibilities for Seasonal Escrow Support Processor include but are not limited to:

• Process and manage escrow-related documents, including scanning, imaging, and archiving records to ensure compliance and quality standards.

• Provide centralized clerical support for residential escrow transactions from initiation through closing.

• Receive and process lender and buyer funds while supporting escrow operations.

• Fulfill prior-to-document conditions and coordinate HOA demand processing and remediation activities.

• Communicate instructions and transaction updates to escrow Branches and internal stakeholders.

• Handle high-volume, repetitive production tasks while meeting daily processing and accuracy goals.

Candidates for Seasonal Escrow Support Processor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.

• Ability to work 100% onsite and support Pacific Time work hours, including overtime when required.

Pay Details: $21.01 per hour
