Full job description
About Eragon Eragon is an Applied AI lab building an AI platform that powers self-improving agents for business enterprise. We’re working on memory, runtime, integrations, and product experience that make agents useful, reliable, and governable in real-world settings. About the role As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll work with customers to turn promising use cases into practical, measurable deployments. You’ll connect customer problems to product capabilities, help configure and validate workflows, and bring what you learn back to the Eragon team. What you’ll do
-
Lead discovery to understand a customer’s processes, systems, goals, and constraints.
-
Identify workflows that are good candidates for agent-based automation.
-
Coordinate setup of relevant context, tools, and integrations with customer and Eragon teams.
-
Define success measures and help validate results against representative tasks.
-
Guide testing, rollout, user feedback, and adoption.
-
Document repeatable deployment patterns and surface product gaps or risks.
What we’re looking for
-
A track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems in a fast-paced analytical environment—strategy, finance, operations, or another rigorous, deadline-driven setting.
-
Strong structured problem-solving: you can break a messy customer problem into a clear plan, and you know when the plan needs to change.
-
Sound commercial judgment—you read a business situation quickly and can reason about where value is created and what will actually move the needle.
-
Strong project management and stakeholder skills; comfortable driving business leaders and technical teams toward a decision.
-
Comfort learning new software, APIs, and enterprise workflows.
-
Experience with AI products, automation, or enterprise integrations is a plus.
