Technical Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a highly consultative and strategic Technical Recruiter to support our client’s rapidly growing Data & Digital organization. This individual will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders across software engineering, AI, data, analytics, and digital transformation teams. This is not a high-volume, transactional recruiting role. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical recruiting expertise, strong market intelligence, and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and strategic consultation. They will thrive in an evolving environment, helping leaders navigate today's technology landscape while building scalable recruiting practices that support organizational growth. As the client continues to invest in artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital innovation, this recruiter will play a critical role in attracting and securing top technical talent that drives business transformation. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, AI, data, and analytics roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and sourcing plans.
• Provide market insights, talent trends, and compensation guidance.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-caliber technical talent.
• Lead candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Drive recruiting process improvements and interview best practices.
• Leverage tools such as Workday, Eightfold, and Microsoft Copilot to increase recruiting effectiveness.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience souring for technical skillsets including (Software engineers, .NET developers, Java developers, Databrick engineers)
• Experience with Workday and Copilot
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Prior agency recruiting experience
• Experience with Eightfold
• Knowledge of healthcare software, supply chain or spend management
• RPO experience
