Project Manager | Commercial Construction 📍 Indianapolis, IN Area

An established, employee-owned commercial contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of healthcare, aviation, life sciences, and other complex commercial construction projects throughout Central Indiana. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who enjoys working directly with clients, managing impactful projects, and building a long-term career with a company known for strong culture, stability, and internal growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage 1-2 commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout project execution
  • Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and project financial performance
  • Coordinate with project engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners
  • Monitor schedules, project progress, and overall project success
  • Support projects ranging from $5M to $80M+
  • Contribute to healthcare, aviation, community, and other commercial builds

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience managing budgets and project costs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare construction projects
  • Aviation construction projects
  • General contractor experience
