Position Summary

The Rookie Program is designed for students who are ready to learn, lead, and make an impact. Throughout the summer, you'll take ownership of a business-critical project, collaborate with teams across the organization, and work closely with a dedicated leaders and mentors. From candid conversations with executives to professional development opportunities and community-building experiences, you'll gain the skills, connections, and confidence to accelerate your career. Placement Area

AI Automation

As an AI Automation Rookie, you'll help identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the teammate experience through the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools. Working alongside business, technology, and data teams, you'll support the design, testing, and implementation of innovative solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable smarter decision-making. Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to emerging technologies and how AI is transforming the way work gets done at Under Armour. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028), or graduating in May/June 2027 and entering the program directly after graduation

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office

• Relocation assistance provided.

• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.

Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.

If your background aligns with a role, you'll be contacted by our team to schedule interviews with members of your potential team. Candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities throughout the process.
