JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities 60% Reside on Shop floor -> Perform Process/Quality Audit, Training, Data Collection/Capture improvements via ECR, Process Sheets, 10% review schedule & order preparation 10% Mentor, Train, Coach MIT team members through formalized process audit/scoring activities. 20% Follow up Documentation of issues & PDCA follow up, communication & cross functional team participation. Weekly report out EoL defects/SRO pareto by Supervised area, including for Top 3 issues: Process Audit Training Document improvement details & PDCA follow up as required, i.e. ECR, Process Sheet updates, Quality Alerts...etc. Companywide process audit / 5S Workplace Audit Coordination, scoring, top issues & follow up. As Required with documented report out Prototype & First Unit Review Ownership Customer Order / Sales Order review Nonstandard product & process preparation and follow up. Sales Order vs JBOM vs CBOM Quality Inspection integrity PDCA follow up of issues. Voice of Customer, Customer satisfaction concerns via Sales, Warranty and other.
