Full job description

Effectively make and manage reservations for the College of Education. Respond and create tickets for classroom support, reservation requests, equipment requests, and more. Provide classroom support for faculty and staff in SZB and Bellmont (BEL) Hall.Document new skills learned for future student techs. Support the SZB Building Manager with installing, maintaining, and configuring technology and furniture.Collaborate with ITO and Student Affairs staff as needed. Use Microsoft excel to analyze data for Facilities and ITO.
