You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and refine AI-enabled solutions, including agents, copilots, automations, workflows, retrieval experiences, and integrations

  • Work directly with business subject matter experts to understand workflows, clarify needs, and test whether solutions address the right problem

  • Translate product requirements and solution designs into working prototypes and production-capable components

  • Contribute to prompt design, context and retrieval strategies, tool use, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls

  • Use code, low-code platforms, APIs, analytics tools, and enterprise AI technologies as appropriate to the problem

  • Partner with architects, engineers, data scientists, platform teams, and transformation leads to implement reliable and usable solutions

  • Develop tests, evaluation cases, documentation, monitoring requirements, and other artifacts needed to support responsible implementation

  • Demonstrate solutions to users and leaders, incorporate feedback quickly, and support workflow adoption

  • Convert successful work into reusable components, templates, implementation guides, and playbooks

  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and apply useful advances to current business problems

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology, analytics, automation, data science, software development, product development, consulting, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled, analytics, automation, data, or software solutions using code, low-code platforms, or comparable development tools

  • Experience translating business or product requirements into working solutions or technical deliverables

  • Experience collaborating with business and technical partners in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and improving solutions based on user feedback or performance results

  • Experience communicating technical concepts and implementation considerations to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, analytics, or another regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Product Development, Product Management Lifecycle, and/or AI Development Lifecycle

  • Experience with generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, orchestration, copilots, or intelligent automation

  • Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, tool integration, or AI evaluation

  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or comparable AI development frameworks

  • Experience with APIs, cloud services, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern enterprise data platforms

  • Experience with user-centered product development, workflow design, or rapid prototyping

  • Familiarity with machine learning methods and when to partner with data scientists on predictive solutions

  • Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or another programming language

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $145,500 - $249,500 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
