The Position The Assistant Pool Manager (FT) supports the Pool Manager in keeping Cortez Aquatic facilities running smoothly and safely. This full-time, onsite role helps coordinate operations, uphold standards, and provide dependable leadership for staff and patrons. Key responsibilities include scheduling support, daily facility upkeep, basic record keeping, and professional public-facing communication. Required qualifications/skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience leading people; able to guide staff with confidence - Ability to enforce safety procedures and facility policies with tact and firmness - Calm, accurate response in emergency situations - Strong public relations and communication skills - At least 18 years of age - Valid Colorado driver's license Pay rate: $19.48/hour; schedule includes various shifts.
