Leasing Consultant (Catonsville, Cockeysville, Essex, Glen Burnie) Job description: Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Cockeysville, MD is currently seeking highly motivated individuals with strong sales skills to join our Marketing Team in Catonsville, Cockeysville, Essex, and Glen Burnie . A leasing consultant uses both sales and exceptional customer service to make a genuine impact on peoples lives. The individual must be able to multitask and must be detail oriented. The individual will help prospective tenants select a new home by showcasing apartments, the amenities, and our local community. Full time including weekends, with one weekday off, and rotating weekend day off. *DISCOUNTED APARTMENT AVAILABLE Responsibilities for Leasing Consultant: - Always conduct yourself in a professional manner by being courteous to residents, vendors and co-workers, and treating them with respect. - Maintain confidentiality by not disclosing any information on a resident or a residents account with anyone including the police or law enforcement. Only discuss information with a leaseholder. Sell the community over the phone/internet or converting leads to on-site tours. - Inspect vacant apartments upon receiving keys to determine whether they are rent ready. Maintain thorough product knowledge of our property and the local community. Apply product knowledge to prospective residents needs by effectively communicating features and benefits. - Read all emails promptly and respond as necessary in a timely manner. - Check signs and curb appeal of property and report any problems. - Perform all other duties as assigned.
