Overview Will consider candidates near other TRC offices (https://www.trccompanies.com/offices/) TRC is looking for a GIS Consultant with a strong background in Enterprise GIS to handle software technical support and software testing for mobility GIS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, ability to self-manage projects, and be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support by responding in real-time to customer needs in cases submitted via email, chat, and/or phone interactions. Analyze customer issues to identify, understand, and articulate the core problem and potential solutions. Partner with team members to identify common patterns, align on the best path forward, and solve cases. Maintain comprehensive case documentation in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to better understand the mission and activities of our customers. Qualifications 3-5 years' experience with GIS technologies, understanding of ESRI technology is required, specifically ESRI server technology including ArcGIS Enterprise / Portal. Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS and information technology Knowledge of information technology frameworks, including security, networking, installation, configuration, and performanceSelf-starter, team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion.
