Job Duties

About the Team

This role supports a financial operations team focused on the administrative side of healthcare benefits. The team manages consumer-directed healthcare accounts and financial transactions related to:

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)

Retiree Reimbursement Accounts (RRA)

Lifestyle Benefit Accounts

Responsibilities include financial administration, consumer account support, payment processing, and servicing retiree programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Support Analyst Associate to support high-volume financial operations and transaction processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple systems and applications. Success in this role requires a strong focus on quality, meeting service-level agreements (SLAs), and collaborating effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

Process financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and quality

Enter and maintain direct deposit account information

Process returned and repayment checks within consumer accounts

Generate and maintain Excel files for payment processing activities

Update employer profiles and account information for designated clients

Analyze and resolve transaction-related issues

Process and validate large Excel spreadsheets containing consumer and employer account data

Manage work queues and prioritize tasks to meet established turnaround times (TATs) and SLA requirements

Collaborate with team members to support daily operational goals and process improvements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED OR 5+ years of equivalent professional experience in financial operations

Experience with financial transactions, payment processing, check processing, reconciliation, or related operations work

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly:

Excel

Outlook

Word

Experience managing large amounts of data and transaction-based work

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare administration or healthcare financial operations

Data entry experience involving banking, payment processing, or financial account management

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience working in process-driven, high-volume environments
