Located in Oak Creek, WI, South Shore Cinema is a 16-screen theatre that features two SuperScreen auditoriums, Take Five Lounge, and Zaffiro's Express. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum of six months of experience in the theatre industry. No minimum education required, though a high school diploma or equivalency is preferred. Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet industry demands. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs as required by the job and work in a moderate to high noise environment. Capable of performing tasks that require manual dexterity, including handling objects and tools. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Communicate goals and objectives to associates through pre-shift meetings. Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules and needs. Process voids, refunds, seat swaps, and issue loyalty points for guest service. Reboot terminals to ensure 100% operational scanning. Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns. Maintain high operational quality by meeting "Best In Class" standards.
