Job Description Key requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management.

  • Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations, with two or more completed implementations preferred.

  • Ability to lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live support.

  • Strong experience facilitating client workshops, managing functional workstreams, and coordinating with integration, reporting, and technical teams.

  • Valid US work authorization and knowledge of relevant US HR processes and regulations.

  • Oracle HCM certification and exposure to Payroll, OTL, Talent Management, HCM Security, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI are preferred.
