What We Need:
As a Sr Quality Eng Tech here at Brady Corp , you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. You will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
In this role, you will impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by identifying quality issues and implementing effective solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify and record non-conformities in processes throughout the facility.

Perform inspections and tests on materials used in the electronics repair process.

Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement in quality processes and systems.

Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to adopt best practices.

Offer training and support to junior team members regarding quality assurance practices.

Assist with audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies and third-party organizations.

Analyze data from established sources to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Support the establishment of new workstations for incoming products at the service center.

Provide assistance to the third-party companies partnered with Brady.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
-
Strong understanding of electronics and the appropriate troubleshooting methods for electrical systems.

At least 5 Years Experience in a manufacturing environment working with handheld electronic devices.

Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Proven experience in Data Driven practices with the ability to develop a plan in order overcome obstacles

Willingness and enthusiasm to and knowledge of mobile computer systems, including both hardware and software.

Capability to address groups of 20 or more on technical or process-related topics.

Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
