Set Up Associate

Maintenance Salary Regular Full-Time Salary Range: $24.13 To $25.85 Hourly GENERAL PURPOSE: The AV Set-up reports to the Team Leader. Responsible for meeting production and maintenance requirements. Complete work orders generated by manufacturing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Perform machine repairs, adjustments and tooling changes - TPM machines - Inspection and problem solving - Material handling - Prepare paperwork for department - Complete mold changes in appropriate times - Other duties as assigned by Group Leader - Work with Group Leader and management to continually improve the function and operation of equipment - Work with maintenance on TPM activities - Prepare Standards for proper TPM activities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to use hands to finger dexterity. The Associate frequently is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk and/or hear. The Associate is occasionally required to sit, climb and balance. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally. Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, and reach occasionally. ** ** WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; extreme heat; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
