About The Role We're hiring a Partner Success Manager. From the day a new partner joins the Landing portfolio, you'll own the relationship, lead onboarding, and set clear expectations. This is a growth role, and the growth comes out of that relationship. Partners who trust you are the ones who give you more units, approve short-term rentals, and put Landing in front of their own renters.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with Autopilot Partners
  • Grow your portfolio through expansions, STR approvals, and partner placements.
  • Handle and address incoming requests from Partners
  • Work with Landing’s AP Ops & Field Operations team to ensure smooth launches
  • Host kickoff calls with new properties
  • Build and schedule QBRs with Partners
  • Collaborate with AP Ops & Field Operations teams on addressing issues
  • Assist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes

What You Need

  • Based in Birmingham
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Previous experience in customer/partner success or account management roles
  • A track record of growing accounts, not just keeping them. You've gotten a partner to say yes to something they didn't ask for.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve multiple issues at once
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
  • Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
