Full job description
Warby Parker is searching for a top-notch Quality Manager to manage our daily quality-control operations and partners—and work to maintain and improve the overall quality of our products. This person, who will report to our Director of Manufacturing & Fulfillment, will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to improve internal breakage metrics and implement sustainable solutions that will stand the test of time as we continue to scale our operation. - Create a robust, scalable training program for all quality processes to ensure we continue to deliver best-in-class quality to our customers while hitting our internal breakage targets and mitigating unnecessary costs
- Measure key metrics against our internal quality standards, develop scorecards, and implement continuous improvement efforts focused on quality
- Work with our Research team to create production process solutions that fail-proof our operations
- Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure on-time deliveries do not occur at the cost of quality, and also that quality does not hinder on-time deliveries
- Train, coach, and develop a team of quality-minded associates, teaching quality control processes and procedures and ensuring that quality is a top priority for all employees
Who you are:
- Equipped with 5 years of experience within optical dispensing and/or manufacturing - New York-licensed dispensing optician preferred or the equivalent experience as a licensed dispensing optician and willing to obtain a NY license

- A team player who collaborates well across different job functions and teams
- Excited to work at a fast-paced, high-growth company with a no-task-is-too-small attitude
- Extremely organized and attentive to detail (almost—almost!—to a fault)
